The DFW-40.5 high-voltage cable branch box (switchgear) provides 10 standard combination forms, which can meet the application requirements of most 36-40.5kV distribution networks. The HXGN-40.5 compact switchgear can provide almost any combination of selected functional units.

The DFW-40.5 series has interfaces and user interfaces, providing a complete switch application solution for 36-40.5kV secondary distribution networks.

The stainless steel chamber of the DFW-40.5 series is filled with SF6 gas, completely sealing all live parts and switches, and isolating them from external connections. This fully sealed system ensures that internal switches and all live parts are not affected by external environmental changes, ensuring high reliability, personnel safety, and practical maintenance free.

I. Product Features

This project is mainly aimed at indoor and outdoor SF6 box type fixed metal enclosed switchgear used in 40.5KV ring network power supply, wind power and new energy generation projects.

The switchgear series includes load switchgear, combination electrical cabinet, circuit breaker cabinet (CB Panel), busbar lifting cabinet, metering cabinet, and PT cabinet. In combination applications, each switchgear can be used in any combination.

II. Terms of Use

--The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C, and the daily average temperature shall not exceed 35 ° C. The minimum ambient air temperature shall be -25 (45) ° C, and the daily average relative humidity shall not exceed 95%. The average daily water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa; The average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 90%, and the average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kPa;

--Altitude not exceeding 2500m;

--The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam or salt spray;

--Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;

--The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kv.
